«Graffiti-Mobil»

The graf­fi­ti mobile is both a mov­ing light instal­la­tion and a trav­el­ling stu­dio. Niko­la Dicke trav­els through Europe in her graf­fi­ti mobile, which is equipped with var­i­ous pro­jec­tors, and trans­forms facades, walls and places into ephemer­al works of art. The draw­ings usu­al­ly tell a sto­ry about the loca­tion, its inhab­i­tants and his­to­ry. With the help of the draw­ing, Niko­la Dicke tracks down the spe­cial fea­tures of a place, or as a vis­i­tor to one of her light draw­ings put it: “She lis­tens to the stones.”
